This is a simple guide to explain how to lease a vehicle with us as well as describing the process until delivery. If you have any questions at all regarding leasing a vehicle, please give us a call.

Step 1 - Choose your vehicle


We have access to tens of thousands of deals nationwide and we try to provide some of the lowest prices around. and our best leasing deals can normally be found on the homepage. These deals do and come go very quickly so if you see a deal you like, please apply at your earliest convenience to avoid disappointment.
On each advert, we will also list the delivery times and for in-stock vehicles, this is normally 2 to 4 weeks and 10 to 16 weeks for a factory order. Other vehicle can be sourced for other preferred delivery times so please contact us to discuss your individual requirements. Step 2 - Personalise your terms


Having picked your preferred car, you can personalise the terms: • Business/Personal lease - If you have your own business, you can apply for a business lease which means you can claim back some of the VAT. If you are a consumer, then you would need to apply for a personal lease. • Initial rental - This is due around the time of delivery and is your first payment. You can decide to raise this (to reduce your monthly cost) or lower it (to increase your monthly cost) • Lease Term - You can decide to lease for 2, 3 or 4 years normally. Adjusting this will change the price. We will normally set the default price to show the most competitive monthly cost but you can change this along with the other terms to personalise your lease terms. • Mileage - This is how many miles your lease allows to drive before the excess mileage charge is applied. You can sometimes choose a lower mileage than you think you will need and pay the difference with the excess mileage charge. This can sometimes save you money over the length of the lease but is payable as a lump sum at the end of the lease so please bear this in mind when deciding on your preferred lease terms.




Step 7 - Take delivery


Delivery is normally made nationwide by our dealership network for no additional cost. There will be a professional handover by the delivery driver at the point of delivery to enable you to familiarise yourself with your new vehicle. Alternatively, depending on the distances involved, you may be able to collect your car direct from the Dealer - this can be discussed during the order process if you would prefer to pick it up yourself. For Northern Ireland customers, you can normally collect the vehicle from portside in mainland UK. Some suppliers will deliver to Northern Ireland but please check beforehand with one of the team and we can confirm where delivery and collection can take place.




Step 3 - View/add optional extras


With our website, once you have picked your terms, you can then add or change options yourself and see the price change in real time! Some vehicles do not have any options to choose from as they may be stock vehicles. On many of our deals, you can change the paint, the alloys, the interior and the additional options, for example, privacy glass or heated seats etc. If there is an option you want specifically and it is not listed, simply give us a call on 01952 350000 or submit an enquiry online and we will be happy to get you a personalised quote.




Step 4 - Apply online


In as little as ten minutes, you could apply for a brand new lease vehicle. Once we have received your proposal form, a credit search will normally be carried out on you (or your business, if this is a business application). The search will not effect your credit rating, but it may be visible on your credit file as a search for several months. Once successful credit checks are carried out, we will send you a Vehicle Order Confirmation (Step 6).




Step 6 - Sign documents (electronically or via post)


Having successfully passed the credit checks, we will send you our Vehicle Order Confirmation form for you to sign, which secures a vehicle for you. We normally issue the Vehicle Order Confirmation as an eDoc which can be signed electronically but if you have any issues, email, fax or posted orders are normally acceptable with an authorised signature to confirm your acceptance of the rental quoted.




Step 8 - Enjoy your car


Easiest step of all! Simply enjoy your using your new lease vehicle until it is time to return the vehicle (collected free of charge from you). Please remember to get the vehicle serviced at the agreed service intervals, as detailed in your finance documents.
