Rivian, a relatively new manufacturer to the industry, have showcased their new pickup. Based on their 'Skateboard' platform, the battery, suspension, and drive units will be under the height of each wheel meaning; (a) a lower centre of gravity and (b) loads of room in the cabin.

Speaking of lots of room, the Rivian has tonnes of storage space. 330-litres under the bonnet, 200-litres under the rear bed and 350-litres in a tunnel behind the back seats. lower centre of gravity.
